Joy is an experienced business development specialist, with 10 years operation experience in China and the U.S. Her areas of focus include education, cultural exchange and the arts. She is a great communicator, with excellent listening skills and an ability to deliver complex information in a simple and concise manner.
Joy has worked has worked as marketing specialist and business developer. She has helped a start-up generated more than 2,000 members from scratch with zero cost in one month. She has managed the PR of Chinese movies for release in the United States, including one film that reached 3.82 million US dollars, the highest record of Chinese movie premier in North America in the past five years. She contributed to the 2nd Innovative China Festival and the 2nd Berkeley China-US Music Forum with her excellent work skills and brand promotion experience. She implemented a campaign for the Chinese Pioneer Drama and non-profit Chinese children’s drama program Project Mei Bloom, with extraordinary outcomes. She has strong ability to collect and analyze information on industry to identify potential markets and new opportunities. She hopes to use her ability to link people and resources to the education industry to promote the reform and development of art education and international education in the future!
