Caryn is a results-driven retail executive with an extensive background in sales generation, shared leadership and multi-store management. She is passionate about the ever-changing world of retail and fashion, at the intersection of technology and is focused on driving innovation and empowering others to be their best.
Caryn has grown to become an innovative strategist skilled at analyzing retail businesses at the macro and micro level for digital and brick & mortar. She prides herself on being an “out of the box” thinker, willing to take calculated risks to bolster the bottom line, and execute strategy fueled by a forward-looking vision.
Caryn’s curiosity and excitement about the global fashion management industry has landed her in the classroom as a professor at Parsons School of Design and Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. As an Adjunct Professor teaching undergraduate, graduate, and executive education about the fundamentals of retail and business management strategies, she brings her passion for the retail world “full circle.” As a PhD student studying cross cultural consumer behavior, she has immersed herself in researching strategies with practical business application.
